Everyday you go about your own business. Your mind is focused on the impossible amount of work that needs to be done throughout the busyness of your daily schedule. Your thoughts linger on things from what clothes you should wear to that job interview next week to making sure you don’t act like a fool in front of that guy or girl you’re trying to impress. The list goes on and on.
Just like how we all tune in to certain stations on the radio, we also choose to tune in to certain aspects of life.
There will always be an endless amount of events, emotions, or people that fight for our attention. But when we allow these things to overwhelm our lives, we tune out from the one thing that really matters — God.
Which frequency do you have your radio turned to? Is it something so important that you should be listening to it all the time?
Are you tuned in to God?
who we are and what we do
We are not world-class actors. We are not professional musicians. Neither are we perfect Christians; we have the same struggles and weaknesses as everyone else. With that said, this tour is not just about the music.
It is about us wanting to share the joy we have in Jesus Christ as well as sharing our testimonies to reflect how real Jesus is in our own lives. Our drama will be a reminder to Christians and an introduction to non-Christians of how we need to tune in to God’s greater purpose for us in this world: to love Jesus above all else and to obey Him joyfully while sharing this joy with others.
On tour this summer, we will be serving other churches in any way possible, believing this is where the real ministry and growth occur: teaching bible studies, making crafts with the children, helping with VBS preparation, and just spending time with others to build lasting relationships in Christ.
We want our message to impact the hearts of others and our lives to have an impact in the world.
