Second Half
haven't updated in a while guys. been a while since i last updated. we're currently in san fransisco chilling waiting for our next show this friday at Cumberland. since the last time i updated we had shows at both EFC South Bay and at Canaan.

EFC South Bay was a pretty good show. There were a couple of technical difficulties with our lapels but we got lucky because we were at such a small church that it didn't matter that much. Thanks to the people that came out and watch the show. was really great to see all of you guys again. its been a while. after our show at EFC South Bay we lost one of our leaders on the team, Fernanda. she left the team to deal with school stuff. pray for her current situation with med school because she doesn't exactly know wuts going on rite now. but yea..

we drove up to Mt. View on sat and got to CTCC (Canaan something something church) had our performance there that nite which went really well. overall we thought it was on of our best performances on tour. from sat to wed we stayed with canaan and we got to fellowship with them. we went to a prayer and praise service on sun which was a pretty much chill day for us. monday we went to the beach and played some ultimate frisbee and bbq.

there hasn't really been much goin on with us. juss gettin around to shows and juss spending days traveling, fellowshipping, and practicing. well we're at the end of our tour soo we'll be home soon. looking forward to our two days bak at home on the 7th and 8th of august. we'll be attending the hillsong united concert in LA before winding up our tour in SD and then its over. well juss keep us in your prayers thx.

Indian Reservation
well we're back in LA again. After a few days at the Indian
reservation we're finally back home. It feels good to be "home" even though I'm not actually in cerritos. but yea our time spent at the indian reservation didn't go as planned. instead of actually helping out with things there we juss chilled most of the time.

our first nite at the indian reservation was spent meeting with other groups from mexico and long beach missions. we spent the nite juss worshiping and prayer. it was cool hearing the same worship songs sung in different languages and it was juss a great time to meet with felllow brothers and sisters in Christ throughout the world.

our second day, tuesday, was spent at lake powell where we spent most of the day just relaxing and enjoying God's creation. we got the oppurtunity later that nite to view the slaughter of a lamb by a navajo family. it was a really amazing site. at first i thought i would be freaked out but it wasn't that bad. instead there was alot of symbolism that i found. the lamb had its throat cut and while it was the dying the wind picked up and the rain started to fall. reminded me of the crucifixion of Christ. it was really powerful. something that i probably wont forget. the killing of the lamb was probably the worse and after that it was juss pretty cool seeing anatomy. well after that we drove to a navajo church in the middle of no where, where we got to see the stars. i got to see the big dipper and the north star. we spent the nite outiside sleeping under the stars.

our last day at the indian reservation was spent visiting a canyon and juss enjoying scenery. im sure there will be a bunch of pix on our sites. we decided to come bak on wednesday ahead of schedule to get some practice in before our big weekend ahead.

well recapping our last days at arizona.... it was mostly spent viewing God's creation. seeing the canyons and watching all the thunderstorms on the way home from arizona was great to see. we got to see alot about what God is about in the last few days from seeing his creation to seeing what he did for us. so that ends my update. continue praying for us especially this weekend with EFC South Bay and CTCC shows back to back. Thanks

PHOENIX,AZ

So we've been in phoenix for a couple days now and its been really HOT!!!! Not as bad as Houston because theres no humidty but its juss dry heat.but yea.. been a really busy weekend. had full performances at GPCCC (Greater Phoenix Chinese Christian Church) and at EFC Phoenix back to back and the sunday church service at EFC PHoenix. GPCCC was really great. Had two people accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior which was a really great site. Got to perform to about 100 + people which made it our first big show on the road. really was amazed with what God did for us that nite.

following our show at GPCCC was or show at EFC Phoenix on Saturday. the worship sets and drama wasn't exactl wut we wanted but it was still amazing to see God use our flaws and still bring glory to himself. that nite we also had two people get saved.

hmmm on a more serious note we've been under alot of spirtual fire.the enemy has been attacking us since the begining of the tour and now i guess we're on his radar after hes seen wut we can do even though we feel we still haven't reached our full potential as a team. juss keep us in our prayers as we continue our tour and head out to the Navajo Indian Reservation starting on Monday.

TEXAS

hmmm so i haven't bloged in this thiing for a while. so ill update this thing for now. tour so far has been really fun getting to know other people from other churches and juss having them teach us stuff while we're in texas. we've been having plenty of fun but we also need to get back to work. we still got a lot of stuff to work on and we got some pretty big shows coming up so hopefully God juss allows us too use our time wisely and we'll be able to improve in all aspects of our program including interacting with other churches.

hmm so some things that we've done. well today is our last full day at EFC NASA. Its been really cool juss hanging out with the people here. been playing alot of bball since they have a gym at their church which is pretty cool. we all get plenty of exercise to make up for all of the good food that we've been eating due to fernandas coooking and james awesome pancakes. we went to the NASA space station which was pretty expensive butt i guess it was fun and all of learned some TEXAS TWO STEP. so yea our time in TEXAS has been a blast and i look forward to our next stop. we gonna take PHOENIX by storm.

well friday was our second show which was pretty exciting. I didn't get to do much for that nite except for the drama but it was juss cool being able to take a step back from actually playing worship and juss being able to juss worship him as a member of the congregation. overall i thought the show went pretty well with some minor things here and there and well i guess everyone likes my character SAM.... if you dont know who he is come to our shows to see. but yea great nite overall carwash on sat was hmmmmm........ tiring... washed a bunch of cars thanks to all the people that came out to support us even though i didn't know ne of them. but yea... 3 MORE DAYS AND WE HIT THE ROAD im pretty excited i guess... hasn't really hit me yet that we're actually leaving in three days but yea... it'll come soon enough. hmm some prayer requests. money. team unity. and for ppl goin to college i guess hopefully the tour doesn't interfere with our schedules... but yea.. keep us in your prayers

my story

I was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 21, 1989. When I was about two I moved to So Cal and have been living in Cerritos for the most part of my life. I came to know Christ one summer during elementary when a vacation bible school came to the apartment where I was living a. I heard stories of the missionaries and I thought it was cool and it was then where I accepted Jesus into my life.

I feel most in tune with God whenever I’m just worshiping him wit my whole heart. During those times I feel the closest to him like I can feel him with me.

I am going on this trip just to be able to serve God but also to meet people. I want to be able to go out there and be able to worship God with other people and see God move in people.

i confess...

  • I've cracked my voice when singing.
  • I've run away from home.
  • I have "x's" in my screen name.
  • I don't read my Bible everyday.
  • There are times when I tune out from God.
  • I've hugged a stranger.
  • I've cried in public.
  • I've fallen asleep during sermons.
  • I forget to pray before I eat.
  • Sometimes I choose other things over quiet times.
  • I peek during prayer sometimes.
  • I shut others out when I'm sad.
  • I've tripped on stage.
